They also contain 10µg of Vitamin D which is recommended as a daily supplement by the UK Department of Health for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

The Omega-3 Capsules included in this product provide 300mg DHA, which contributes to the normal development of your little one’s brain and eyes when taken by breastfeeding mothers.

Directions: Two (2) Pregnacare Breast-Feeding tablets per day, plus one (1) omega-3 capsule per day, with your main meal.Swallow with water or a cold drink.
