Epimol-B All Purpose Emollient Cream 400g contains Cetomacrogol, Glycerin, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) which hydrate dry skin and prevent trans-epidermal water loss to moisturize and help the skin restore its protective barrier.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) increases epidermal production of skin barrier lipids as well as barrier layer proteins and their precursors, leading to observed enhancement of skin barrier function.

Vitamin B3 has also been shown to be a more effective moisturizer than white petrolatum on atopic dry skin.
