Each IMODIUM^® Dual Action Relief tablet contains 2mg of Loperamide hydrochloride and contains Simeticone (equivalent to 125 mg dimeticone)

The product is specially formulated to ease additional symptoms including tummy ache, cramps and bloating as well as control diarrhoea.

Used to treat short-lived bouts of diarrhoea, the tablets contain an additional ingredient called Simeticone, which helps ease excess gas in the gut and relieve painful accompanying symptoms.
