Kedley Hot Cold Gel Pack offers the user an effective pain relief solution that is completely natural. with Kedley Hot Cold Gel Pack You can apply hot or cold compression with this pack depending on what you require.

Cold therapy – Place pack in freezer for approximately 2 hours before use.

Hot therapy – (Microwave)

1. Place pack in clean microwave oven at 600W maximum for 15-20 seconds,
2. Test heat and repeat at 5 second intervals until desired heat is reached.
3. Apply the pack in 5–20-minute intervals or until symptoms are relieved.

The packs will retain whichever temperature you desire for up to 2 hours (depending on application).
